Webcast and Conference Call Details Updated Definitions for Non-GAAP Financial Measures Beginning with first quarter of 2026, Accelerant is updating definitions for the following non-GAAP financial measures: Adjusted Net Income, Adjusted earnings per diluted share, Adjusted EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA Margin. The updated definitions exclude the impact of realized and unrealized investment gains or losses.
