Citira Holding AB (publ) ("Citira"), is a leading brand independent tire service platform, offering a circular model for commercial vehicles in the Nordics and Poland, and with presence in the UK.

Citira, a portfolio company of Norvestor, has successfully issued new EUR 60 million senior secured bonds with a tenor of approximately 3.5 years. Net proceeds will be used to finance general corporate purposes, including acquisitions and investments, and to refinance target debt. The bond issue received strong demand from high quality institutional investors and the transaction and was priced at a coupon of 3m EURIBOR + 5.00% p.a.
