Alpine Select Ltd.: Preliminary information on the annual results for 2025 (Swiss GAAP FER) and further information
Alpine Select AG («Alpine Select» / the «Company») hereby informs its shareholders and interested market participants that it expects a profit of approximately CHF 11.3 million in its financial statements in accordance to Swiss GAAP FER for the financial year 2025. In the comparative period (financial year 2024) a profit of CHF 1.3 million was reported.
These figures are preliminary and are based on the current state of the closing activities and the documents available to the Company to date for the valuation of its investments. Alpine Select will publish the final results for 2025 and the audited annual report 2025 with detailed information in April 2026.
SIX Exchange Regulation AG approved Alpine Select's application for a segment transfer. As of 5 January 2026, Alpine Select shares are traded in the Sparks segment of SIX Swiss Exchange, representing a fully-fledged listing.
Alpine Select publishes its net asset value (NAV) on a weekly basis. This ensures a timely flow of information to shareholders and other interested parties on the development of the Company's portfolio.
