Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 and Notice of the ensuing AGM along with addendum thereof . Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 , the company is providing e-voting facility to the members . The cut-off date for determining the members for remote e-voting facility is Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025. The remote e-voting shall commence on Saturday 27th September, 2025 at 9 A.M and end on Monday 29th September, 2025 at 5 P.M.
