This is to inform that the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 at 4:00 P.M. IST through video conferencing/ other Audio-Video means ("OAVM") - the registered office of the Company shall be deemed venue for the purpose of the AGM.
