Accordingly, Mr Emmitt will step down from the Board and as CEO at the conclusion of the AGM, at which point his employment will terminate in accordance with his service agreement. It is intended Paul will continue to work with Engsolve on a technical consultancy basis, with the details to be confirmed. David Hitchcock will assume an Executive Chair role at conclusion of the AGM until a replacement CEO is identified.\n \nSummary of 2025 Financial Results and post period events:\n \nCorporate:\n·      Strategy focused on the goals of delivering first projects and creating a qualified pipeline of opportunities - excellent progress has been made during the period\n·      During the period the Company prioritised and, more importantly, validated projects to be progressed, both where Powerhouse would act as developer and those where it would licence its DMG technology\nCommercial development:\n·      Completion of Powerhouse Technology Centre in Bridgend, with the 2.5 tonne per day kiln for the Feedstock Testing Unit (FTU)\n·      Following completion of the FTU, significant interest has been seen from a number of global stakeholders and companies, leading to a significant pipeline of opportunities on which the Company continues to follow up\n·      Considerable progress made with National Hydrogen, Australia (\"NH2\"), with FEED being completed in June 2025.
