2021 Annual Report and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting
12 May 2022. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that, following the release of its final results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on 29 March 2022, an electronic copy of the 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements (the "2021 Annual Report") will shortly be available to download from the Group's website at https://www.animalcaregroup.com/investors/document-library/reports-and-accounts/ together with the Notice of 2022 AGM (the "Notice") at https://www.animalcaregroup.com/investors/shareholder-centre/agm/
The AGM will be held on Tuesday 7 June 2022 at 11:30 BST at the offices of Panmure Gordon & Co., One New Change, London EC2M 9AF.
Printed copies of the 2021 Annual Report and the Notice have been posted today to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
Attending the AGM
We are looking forward to welcoming shareholders in person to our 2022 AGM. To help us hold the meeting in a safe and appropriate manner we are asking shareholders to confirm attendance in advance by emailing [email protected] by 11:30 BST on Wednesday 1 June 2022, two working days before the meeting. We also strongly encourage shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the Meeting and to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person who, if circumstances change, may not be permitted to attend and vote at the AGM.
Please note that shareholders should not attend the AGM if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 10 days or are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 on the day of, or in the days leading up to, the AGM.
