VANCOUVER, Feb. 2 /CNW/ - Jim Pattison announced today that 0774327 B.C. Ltd. ("0774327"), a wholly-owned company, has acquired an additional 2,010,000 units of Westshore Terminals Income Fund ("Westshore"), representing approximately 2.9% of the outstanding units, through purchases on The Toronto Stock Exchange. This brings the total holdings of 0774327 to 7,413,800 units of the Westshore, representing approximately 10.5% of the outstanding units. 0774327 together with Jim Pattison Developments Ltd., another company owned by Jim Pattison, own in the aggregate 9,113,800 units of the Westshore, representing 12.95% of the outstanding units.
The shares of Westshore have been purchased and are presently being held for investment purposes. In the future, Jim Pattison through one or more of his companies may acquire additional shares of Westshore or dispose of such shares subject to a number of factors, including general market and economic conditions and other investment and business opportunities available to it.
