I'd now like to hand you over to Anton Duplessi, CEO. Good morning to you, sir. Thank you very much, and thanks to InvestoMeet for hosting this webinar. We really wanted to take the opportunity of speaking to shareholders and investors today, really in the light of primarily in the light of the PEA that we put out to the market last week and which summarized and and demonstrated our revised technical plan for for the project. And so that's really gonna be the main area that I'll focus on today. I won't spend a lot of time on on each slide. I'll focus on on some more than others given we're we're trying to keep this not too long. The standard disclaimer, which which one can read on our on our website. Overview, really, for those less familiar with our company, we're an aim listed lithium development company. Our project is the 100% owned ZINNWALD LITHIUM project, which is located in the former East Germany. It's located about 35 kilometers south of Dresden on the Czech German border. As I mentioned before, we recently put out a PEA study for the project that demonstrates a project focused on producing battery grade lithium hydroxide with a strong pretax NPV of 1,600,000,...
