I'm the Chairman of WYNNSTAY PROPERTIES PLC, and I'm here together with Chris Betts, WYNNSTAY's Managing Director, to present our annual results for the year ended 03/25/2026. This follows the publication of our annual report and financial statements that came out this morning when the market opened. Shareholders who received our company documents via the web will already have been notified of the availability of the annual report, which is also available on our website. Shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies will receive them in the post later this week. The presentation is in five parts. I will speak first about the highlights of the year from a corporate point of view as presented in our report.
