Thank you for joining us today for the Weight Watchers Investor Conference Call. Earlier this afternoon, we issued a press release reporting our first quarter 2025 results, as well as a subsequent press release announcing that we entered into an agreement with the requisite supermajority of our lenders and note holders in order to implement a financial reorganization. And as a result, we have commenced a voluntary pre-packaged Chapter 11 process.
