Thank you, Sharon, and good morning, and thank you all for joining our first quarter conference call. We respect and appreciate your time and interest in Washington Trust. I'll briefly comment on the quarter, and then Ron will provide more detail on the financial results. And after our prepared remarks, Mary and Bill will join us for the Q&A session. Washington Trust's first quarter results show the positive effects of our Q4 balance sheet restructuring with improvements in NIM, loan-to-deposit ratio, dividend coverage, and capital.
