I would now like to turn the call over to Kate Afrik. Good morning and welcome to Vivid Seats 3rd Quarter 2025 Earnings Conference Call. I am Kate Afrik, Head of Investor Relations at Vivid Seats. This morning we issued our third quarter financial results. The press release, as well as supplemental earnings slides, are available on the investor relations page of our website at investors.vividseats.com. During the course of today's call, we may make forward-looking statements within the meaning of federal securities laws. On today's call, we will refer to adjusted EBITDA, which is a non-GAAP financial measure that provides useful information for investors. This morning, we also announced a leadership transition that is effective today. Lawrence Fay, who has served as chief financial officer since 2020, will succeed Stan Chia as chief executive officer.
