But before going to the results, I would like to communicate that after nine years of service to this company, I have decided to retire and therefore step down from my position as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Antiva with effective date of August 15, 2024. The board has decided to nominate Lars Seelen, our current CFO. and who has agreed to step as an interim CEO while remaining Chief Financial Officer of Antiva until the Board's Governance and Social Responsibility Committee and the Remuneration and Talent Committee finalize the appointment of Antiva's next Chief Executive Officer.
