With that, I'll turn the call over to Ira Robbins. Thank you, Andrew. Valley delivered record earnings in the fourth quarter of 2025 with net income of approximately $195 million, or 33 cents per diluted share. Excluding certain non-core items, adjusted net income was $180 million, or 31 cents per diluted share, an increase from 28 cents on both the reported and adjusted basis in the third quarter of 2025.
