All right, well, thank you and welcome to our Q4 2024 earnings call. I'm joined today by Mike Hill, our CFO. I'll start the call with some review of Q4, and Mike's going to provide some additional detail on those numbers, and he'll also go through our guidance for Q1 and for the full year 2025.
