And good morning and thank you to all of our listeners for joining us. Joining me on the call this morning is Mike Keim, our Chief Operating Officer and President of Univest Bank and Trust, and Brian Richardson, our Chief Financial Officer. We had a strong fourth quarter reporting net income of $22.7 million or 79 cents per share, which was a 21.5% increase compared to earnings per share in Q4 of 2024, resulting in record earnings per share for Univest for the year of $3.13.
