Good morning, and thanks for the introduction. Thanks for joining us, and thanks for spending a bit of time just to go through the update on Hemmerton and where we're at with TUNGSTEN WEST as well. The disclaimer pack. A number of these slides, in fact most of the slides are covered in our corporate update. So I'll just talk to them and add a little bit more flavor. And then, of course, we'll go through the q and a session at the end of the presentation as well to cover any additional comments or questions that you might have as well. A couple of highlights on the on the investment piece and where we sit as a as a project. Obviously, the picture above shows the extensive infrastructure we have on-site at the moment. That's the the mineral processing facility in the background, the the tailing storage facility behind it. And to the bottom right hand corner is the just one aspect of the existing open pit as it sits today. We we are sitting on one of the largest, if not the largest, tungsten resources globally.
