WEBVTT 00:00:00.031 -- 00:00:04.277 As a reminder, today's call is being recorded. 00:00:04.277 -- 00:00:08.062 I would now like to turn the meeting over to Blair Chamberlain. 00:00:08.062 -- 00:00:10.365 Please go ahead. 00:00:10.365 -- 00:00:12.068 Thank you, Operator. 00:00:12.068 -- 00:00:15.393 Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining us to discuss the third quarter financial 00:00:15.393 -- 00:00:20.720 results today. I'm joined as usual by Scott Rowland, CIO, Tracy Johnson, CFO, 00:00:20.720 -- 00:00:25.364 and Jack McTate, Head of Canadian Originations and Global Syndications. 00:00:25.787 -- 00:00:29.915 With respect to portfolio growth, which we've been communicating on regularly, we're 00:00:29.915 -- 00:00:34.501 up by approximately 50 million years to date, with an expectation that will increase 00:00:34.501 -- 00:00:39.568 by year end. Looking at Q3 specifically, transaction activity, while 00:00:39.568 -- 00:00:44.634 solid, was mildly behind our expected pace, as the residual effects of the macro 00:00:44.634 -- 00:00:49.200 uncertainty we discussed in recent quarters continues to play out. 00:00:49.200 -- 00:00:52.505 As Jeff will elaborate on, we're pleased with the pipeline in general, although a few 00:00:52.505 -- 00:00:57.018 material commitments expected to fund in Q3 did push into Q4. 00:00:57.018 -- 00:01:01.606 Combined with a large unexpected repayment, this brought the overall portfolio down modestly 00:01:01.606 -- 00:01:03.689 from Q2. 00:01:03.689 -- 00:01:08.397 The Q3 spillover volume, in conjunction with strong Q4 commitments and additional pipeline 00:01:08.397 -- 00:01:13.185 volume, should still generate the portfolio growth we anticipated for the full year and 00:01:13.185 -- 00:01:17.492 result in higher revenue. To put a fi...
