Thank you, Chloe, and welcome everyone to the joint conference call for the second quarter 2025 results for both Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure and Tidewater Renewables. I'm Michael Gracher, Manager of Investor Relations. Joining me today are our CEO, Jeremy Baines, who will provide an update on operations during the quarter, and our CFO, Ian Portley, who will provide an update on our financial results.
