Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining the call. Joining me this morning is Tal Khaizi, our Chief Executive Officer, Ben Harad, our President and Chief Operating Officer, Kristen Schultes, our Chief Financial Officer, and Robbie Franklin, Executive Chairman. As disclosed in our earnings release, we would like to acknowledge the planned leadership transition we announced this morning. Ben Harad has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective March 31, 2026, succeeding Tal Paise. Tal will continue to serve on our board of directors and act as an advisor to Ben through and following the transition to ensure continuity.
