I'm the relatively new CEO of THALIA THERAPEUTICS, and I'm delighted to be here today to tell you about our innovative RNA therapeutics, programs. This is our usual, safe harbor disclosure. So THALIA, as you might know, in Greek means to flourish or to bloom or to blossom. And really at THALIA, we are, building now a new therapeutics RNA therapeutics, leader and champion. Our our goal is to have a diversified portfolio of innovative RNA therapeutics to treat both, cancer and cardiovascular disease, and I'm joined by an extremely talented management team with proven track records in RNA therapeutics. And in due course, I'm I'm glad to, introduce them and how we will work together to add significant value. We announced this morning, as you saw, through an RNS at 7AM, an acquisition that transforms THALIA into a clinical stage company and an emerging RNA therapeutics champion, And that acquisition was the purchase of Sanmirna Therapeutics, a US Delaware privately held c corp c corporation.
