I'd now like to hand you over to James Gregory, CEO. Good morning good afternoon, sir. Hi. Good afternoon. Hello, and welcome everyone to SYSTEM1's Capital Market Day. Thank you for taking the time to join us today. So I'm James Gregory. I'm the CEO here at SYSTEM1 and have been since December 22. I'm delighted to talk with you today. I joined the business as chief operating officer in August 2021, and I was charged with completing the digital transformation of SYSTEM1 into a platform business. SYSTEM1 was an exciting opportunity for me as it allowed me to bring my experience in scaling digital businesses to a business primed for growth, and that is what I believe we and you are seeing now. We have lots of new new listeners here today. So I want to set out an agenda and talk you through how we'll cover the content. Firstly, we'll start with who we are and what we do. I'll then share some highlights from our q three results before looking under the hood, focusing on what we've delivered and how we've delivered the strategic review that we set out 18 ago.
