Nice to be able to present this morning, an interesting morning. And the presentation that, I'm gonna present with, Ian Bristow, chief financial officer, should be interesting and, I hope, enlightening. So moving from the instruction slide to the main slide, which is the executive summary, this is an equity subscription raising 1,400,000 and a further 500,000 through primary bid. The net proceeds of this will strengthen the group's balance sheet and provide the necessary working capital that we're going to need to really scale up. The issue price at 3.5 is a premium of 67% to the closing mid market price on the 03/21/2024. And I am in on this subscription at £105,000, 3,000,000 shares. The two largest shareholders of SYMPHONY, which is CPOL CPO and Somersen are both investing 500,000 each, making a total of 1,000,000 between those two. There's gonna be an a general meeting to get shareholders approval for the additional shares that need to be issued, and that's gonna be at 11:00 on the April 19.
