You're joined today by myself, Steven Noble. I'm CIO for ATRATO, which is the investment adviser to SUPERMARKET INCOME REIT, and also Robert Abraham, who's the managing director for SUPERMARKET INCOME REIT. I wanted to start this morning just by highlighting some of the key messages in our six months results presentation, which we will be taking you through in more detail shortly. But, firstly, we are in a really strong position for the next phase of our growth. Our omnichannel stores continue to grow at the fastest rate in UK grocery, and I'll be taking you through that in more detail shortly. In addition, we have very low leverage on our balance sheet with capacity to grow, and we've got a really strong pipeline of opportunities for us to explore. And Rob will take you through this in more detail shortly. But we thought to start this morning by just taking you through a quick summar...
