Lee Barker, a Professional Engineer, Professional Geologist and mineral industry consultant has nearly 60 years of experience at both junior and senior mineral industry companies. Barker holds a BA Sc. in Applied Geology from the University of Toronto and an MSc. (Applied) in Mineral Exploration from McGill University.
Well-known in the industry, he has been directly involved in the discovery of more than 15 precious metal, specialty metal, and industrial mineral and diamond deposits (Diavik).

I'm joined by Lee Barker, President and CEO, who will walk us through today's presentation. Speaker 1: Following that, we'll open the floor to a Q&A session. And as always, this event is being recorded and will be made available shortly after we conclude. With that said, Lee, the floor is yours. Well, good morning, everyone. Speaker 2: I'm very happy to be able to present Speaker 2: Spartan and its Speaker 2: current situation regarding our exploration programs Speaker 2: and our other assets. And Kyle is going to present some questions which I'll be able to answer, but any other questions that come up Speaker 2: during the meeting and presentation, please put them out and we'll try and answer them as quickly as Speaker 2: we can. This is our corporate structure, of course. Speaker 2: Spartan at the moment has about 169M Speaker 2: shares issued. Speaker 2: Our trading price currently is around 3.5 cents. You can see the range. We have no options outstanding at the moment, and there are some outstanding ones. Speaker 2: In terms of cash, Speaker 2: at the current time we have around USD$100, 000 in the bank, but we're in the process of raising some additional funds and there will be news about that coming out shortly. Speaker 2: In the portfolio of assets and projects that we have in Spartan, Speaker 2: we have exploration projects, but we also have a core asset which Speaker 2: is an interest in a battery Speaker 2: building company called VRB Energy.
