I'd now like to hand you over to Graham Lyne, Executive Chairman. Good afternoon to you, sir. Thank you, Mark. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome you to the reconvened annual general meeting of the company. On the 06/13/2024, with the approval of shareholders, the AGM was adjourned until today. Please be advised that the proxies submitted for the meeting of the June 13 still stand together with any changes or any additions made. So before commencing the proceedings, I would like to introduce myself and my colleagues. I'm Graham Lyon, the executive chairman of the company. To my right is Mohammed Segiri, our chief operating officer, and to my left, far left, Christian Bukovic, our senior independent director. And on my immediate left, Amanda Bateman of Amber Secretary is our company secretary. David Blueden, is unable to attend today and sends his apologies as does Simon Ashby Rowe. So before we start the formal proceedings, I'd like to pass over to our company secretary to explain the procedures that we will follow for this annual general meeting. Thank you, Graham. Before Graham takes you through the formal business, I would like to advise you that the company is exercising authority contained in the company's articles of association to call for a poll to be taken on the resolutions to be put to the meeting.
