Thank you and good morning, everyone. Welcome to Solstice's third quarter 2025 earnings call. Solstice completed its spinoff from Honeywell on October 30th and is now listed on NASDAQ Stock Exchange under the ticker SOLS. We are excited to be with you today for our first earnings call following the spin.
