Thanks very much, Paul, and thanks, everyone, for your time joining us today. My name is Steph Heathers. I'm Head of Investor Relations, and I'm joined by Anna Pitta, who's our Senior IR Manager. Today, I want to take you through an introduction to SMITHS, including an update on our strategy and also our recent performance having announced our Q3 trading update earlier this week. Just for those who may not be aware of financial year end is the July 31. So when we're talking about financial year, that's what we're talking about. Slightly unusual, I know, but it takes a while to get your head around. We'll then have plenty of time for Q and A at the end.
