I'd like to pass the conference over to our host, Richard Lamb from JCIR to begin. Please go ahead. Good afternoon and welcome to the skills fourth quarter earnings conference call. On the call today are Andrew Paradise, Skills' co-founder and CEO, and Gaetano Franceschi, CFO.
