Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to Scout24's earnings call for the preliminary fourth quarter and full year 2025 results. My name is Philipp Dienwald, and I'm vice president, group strategy, and investor relations at Scout24. We delivered strong financial results while continuing to execute our interconnectivity strategy.
