Earlier today, Sachem issued a press release announcing that the company has entered into a definitive contribution agreement with Industrial Realty Group, or IRG, to create a scaled industrial lease-driven public equity REIT with a real estate capital solutions platform. Post-closing, Sachem will publicly rebrand as IRG Realty Trust, Inc., or IRGT.
