RPX Gold Financing Closes Oversubscribed — Next Steps

Mr. Michaud, P.Geo., M.Sc. is a Professional Geologist with over 30 years’ of experience in domestic and international gold exploration and mining that includes a broad range of deposit types within North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Previously Michael served as Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. where he is the Senior Vice President, Exploration and Resources, and Iamgold’s Chief Geologist responsible for providing global geological support for IAMGOLD’s exploration activities worldwide. He also has held roles of increasing responsibility for several exploration and mining companies including, Vice-President, Exploration for St Andrew Goldfields and was a Principal of SRK Consulting Inc.
Mr. Michaud holds an honors B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo, and a M.Sc. from Lakehead University.

Speaker 1: Looking back at where RPX Gold was a year ago, how significant is this milestone and the broader story you're trying to tell? Speaker 2: Thanks, Kyle. It's a pleasure to be here again. Speaker 2: We're very excited. Speaker 2: This is a very significant Speaker 2: milestone. Speaker 2: A year ago, we were an exploration company with the mineral resource, Speaker 2: with some internal work showing that there might be potential for a mine. I think now, with the completion of the PEA, Speaker 2: we've really taken an important step to confirming the potential of the project Speaker 2: with the ultimate goal of going Speaker 2: into production and producing Speaker 2: gold using the tool mill.
