I'm Lauren, Lauren Brinkley, the relatively new CEO of REVOLUTION BEAUTY GROUP. And I am today joined by Neil, our CFO, who will also speak you in a little while. So over the course of the presentation today, I'm gonna talk about REVOLUTION BEAUTY business model, our great portfolio of brands, and actually what makes us very different. I'm also gonna recap on the strategy strategy that we launched earlier this year at our Capital Markets Day and provide an update on the important progress that we've already made so far.
