Thank you, Operator, and good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today for Research Solutions' third quarter fiscal year 2025 earnings call. On the call with me today are Roy W. Olivier, President and Chief Executive Officer, Bill Northern, Chief Financial Officer, and Josh Nicholson, Chief Strategy Officer.
