Welcome, everybody, that's taking interest today, in this post gonna be basically an introduction to, to REABOLD RESOURCES. I will start off with a little bit of background, because I'm aware there's probably some people on today that are that are new to the company. So forgive me if this is, something that you heard before for those that are already following REABOLD. But if we take a step back and think about really what the the business model behind REABOLD really is and and and why we got started with this project is that, you know, we'd identified, a situation that have emerged in the upstream oil and gas industry where we we believe we could identify some very interesting, high quality, attractive upstream projects typically in the free cash flow phase of their life cycle. But it becomes stuck generally due to a lack of capital, sometimes due to, being approached in what wasn't necessarily the most effective, strategic manner.
