Terry Lynch
CEO at Power Nickel

Mr. Lynch graduated in 1981 from St. Francis Xavier University with a joint honours degree in Economics and BBA. Prior to becoming a director with International PBX Ventures in 2012, Mr. Lynch had been CEO of privately held Nevada-focused Relief Gold. He also had been a director and later CEO of TSX-listed Firstgold Corp. He assumed the CEO position after the company had run into financial difficulty bringing its Relief Canyon mine into production. He arranged a sale of 51% of the company for a total capital injection of $26.5 million from Northwest Non-Ferrous Metals, one of China’s largest mining engineering and consulting groups.
From 2005 to 2008 Mr. Lynch was a partner with Kingsmill Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm specializing in advising public and private early stage growth companies. Prior to joining Kingsmill Capital he spent 15 years operating startup companies in industrial products, oil and gas and media. Mr. Lynch is also a co-founder of Cardiol Therapeutics, a NASDAQ and TSX listed clinical-stage life sciences company focused on the research and clinical development of cannabidiol as an anti-fibrotic and anti-inflammatory therapy for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Kenneth Williamson
VP, Exploration at Power Nickel

Kenneth Williamson (M.Sc., P.Geo), or simply Ken, is a professional geologist with nearly 20 years of experience in the gold mining industry and mineral exploration. Ken graduated from the University of Laval with a Masters Degree in Structural Geology, and is recognize by his peers as an expert in structural analysis and 3D litho-structural modeling. Ken began his career as a Special Projects Geologist at the Goldcorp Red Lake Gold Mines, where, amongst other tasks, he oversaw the 3D litho-structural modeling projects. From being Consulting Geologist with various firms, to being Manager of the Technical Services at Premier Gold, Ken’s continued expertise development led him to create his own consulting firm called 3DGeo Solution Inc. Ken’s expertise and background, both on the mining and exploration, and either internally or as a consultant, will bring substantial technical strength to Power Nickel’s management team.

Duncan Roy
VP, Investor Relations at Power Nickel

Duncan Roy is a University of Western Ontario graduate with a BA in Political Science. He brings a sophisticated, highly experienced, and diverse knowledge base to his current role with Power Nickel. Since 2019 he has run a highly successful Capital Markets Advisory company. Prior to that, he spent over three decades plus in the brokerage industry, based in Toronto, as a retail broker with a PDO designation and various management roles.
"You cannot have a successful junior mining company if you cannot raise capital. To do that, you need experienced executives who can credibly present investments to individuals, brokers, and institutions. Duncan is a very successful ex-broker who is held in high esteem across the investment landscape. I would feel quite comfortable having Duncan present the Power Nickel investment and know that he will do a great job of hitting that correct level of expertise and optimism while delivering our features and benefits honestly and respectfully." Commented Power Nickel CEO, Terry Lynch
