Welcome to PEAB's presentation after our first quarterly report, which we published an hour ago. My name is Johan Hartman, and I have with me, as usual, PEAB's CEO Jesper Göransson and PEAB's CFO Niklas Winkvist, who will present the report first, and then we will open up for any questions. in your mobile devices if you want to ask a question in person. Otherwise, it is also good to write the question on the website, so I can read them later. But we will return to the instructions after Jesper and Niklas' presentation. So, go ahead Jesper, go ahead. Thank you very much, Johan, and once again welcome. We will start by talking a bit about the market, and we will look at the housing market first and foremost. I have long mentioned that it takes time before the business market recovers. I think it has stabilized at a new and low level in all three countries. Speaking of Sweden, I saw some figures from SEB that got up to 30,400 in 2025. So around 30,000 businesses seem to be at the new normal level in Sweden. And the market views that we see are that it is assumed that the stock market will increase in all three countries, but from these slightly lower levels. We also see a certain reduction in the direction of the arrow in Sweden, a slightly lower growth rate than what was previously in the prognosis. It is primarily the major areas that matter and especially the micro-states that will be where the major projects will start.
