And while I'm on the topic of the team, many of you have seen that we made 00:00:16.116 -- 00:00:20.723 an announcement a couple of weeks ago that after six years at Origin and a career spanning 00:00:20.723 -- 00:00:26.752 more than 40 years, Laurie Tremaine has decided to retire in July this year, something 00:00:26.752 -- 00:00:30.862 he has been planning and also discussing with me for some time. 00:00:30.862 -- 00:00:35.370 And so while we have a few more months with Laurie at Origin, I would like to take this 00:00:35.370 -- 00:00:39.758 opportunity in front of all of you to acknowledge just the key role he has played in 00:00:39.758 -- 00:00:45.068 the repositioning and growth of Origin, and also as an integral member of the executive 00:00:45.068 -- 00:00:50.357 team. As we said in that announcement, a process has commenced to identify 00:00:50.357 -- 00:00:54.672 a successor, and we will share more information at the appropriate time. 00:00:54.672 -- 00:00:58.761 And I know many of you will get an opportunity to see Laurie over the coming days and 00:00:58.761 -- 00:01:02.605 weeks.
