So I'll start off today by providing an update on our business and the progress we've made on construction. Then Jeff is going to walk us through our Q1 results and following our prepared remarks, we will take questions. But before I get into that, I want to take a moment and welcome Jeff Hart, who joined us on May the 1st as Northland Power's newly appointed Chief Financial Officer. Jeff brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience and deep experience in the energy industry. He's previously been CFO at two large publicly traded Canadian energy companies, Husky Energy and Synovus Energy.
