Good morning, everyone, and thank you for listening in to our full year results presentation for our financial year ending the 03/31/2025. Last financial year was a busy and highly successful year for NEWRIVER. The key highlights of which was the acquisition of Capital Regional PLC, which we completed that transaction on the December 10. The acquisition of Capital Regional increases our scale with gross assets up 65% and is highly earnings accretive, already delivering a 25 increase in our underlying funds from operations, which is our cash profit measure with further earnings growth to come through in f y twenty six and f y twenty seven. The acquisition was paid for in NEWRIVER shares and cash, which also involved a highly successful equity raise in September last year, reflecting its compelling strategic benefits and the conf...
