We are obviously a software business and we help organisations implement digital first solutions using our Liberty platform, which enables these organisations to create leaner and more customer centric businesses. With digital first, we mean how businesses solve processes, interactions by using automations and only involve humans if required, and if required for the most valuable part of interactions. So our software, as you can see on the left hand side of the slide, automates processes and interactions. And it improves customer experience, helps customers transition to the cloud. And as, of course, customers transition to the cloud, so do we, which we'll cover a little bit later in the presentation.
