I mean, this is a really interesting project, and I'm really keen to delve into some of the details here from a corporate and geologically technical perspective. Last March, you announced a corporate reorientation that really sees Trifecta focusing on the Tombstone Gold Belt in the Yukon via your Mount Hinton project. I was really wondering if you could delve into how this came together, talk a bit about the optioning the project from the strategic metals and the two-stage earning agreement. Maybe talk a bit about how that earning agreement works and strategic metals role as a 10% shareholder. And really, I'd also be keen to understand how the baton was passed from strategic to Trifecta, the past spending and how that influences your exploration strategy going forward here? This deal has a lot to do with why we created Trifecta in the first place. A little bit of history was that trifecta was formed as a spin out from strategic metals, strategic's a project generator, they wanna stick to that model. So basically when they've got targets that are advancing to the point that they need to be drilled with some serious programs, they are looking to bring in partners.
