An experienced MBA, Professional Engineer, PMP, and CFA Charterholder with over 20 years of experience in strategy, finance, corporate development and project development primarily within the mining, infrastructure and energy industries. With a financial and technical background Nolan specializes in developing and executing strategies for corporate growth.
Nolan was a senior leader in the successful delivery of the New Afton ($750 million), Rainy River ($1B) and Hope Bay ($250M) mining projects in addition to extensive project development work with companies including Barrick, Newmont, Rio Tinto, and QuadraFNX.
Mr. Haywood has over 25 years of mining industry experience and holds degrees in both Mining Engineering and Law. Mr. Haywood has held progressive career positions with Anglo Gold Ashanti, Goldfields, IAMGold, Ivanhoe, BHP and Placer Pacific at various open-pit and underground mining operations around the world, including leadership positions of Chief Mining Engineer, Mine Manager, and General Manager. He has also been a consultant mining engineer on the successful feasibility of the large Century Zinc Mine (Zn/Pb/Ag) in Australia. Mr. Haywood has held President & CEO and directorship positions with a number of public (TSX and TSX.V) and private Canadian corporations since 2008.
Mr. Quick has more than 13 years as a well-regarded mining leader, with a track record spanning the USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Canada. His specific experience includes early stage permitting, project development through to design engineering, construction, and final turnover. Mr. Quick joins Canadian Copper from McEwen Mining Inc. where he was Vice President of Projects. He has an honours degree in Economics from Bishop’s University and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
