WEBVTT 00:00:01.128 -- 00:00:02.630 Recording in progress. 00:00:02.630 -- 00:00:06.415 Good morning, everyone. Thanks for joining us today. 00:00:06.415 -- 00:00:12.063 We have an update with Microbics, who just put out their Q2 numbers this morning. 00:00:12.063 -- 00:00:16.207 So hopefully everyone's had a chance to review those. 00:00:16.410 -- 00:00:22.638 With me on the call, I have Cameron Groom, CEO, Ken Hughes, COO, 00:00:22.638 -- 00:00:27.453 Jim Curry, CEO, I'm not sure if we're going to work off the presentation today, but as 00:00:27.453 -- 00:00:30.558 always, this session will contain forward-looking statements. 00:00:30.558 -- 00:00:33.502 If you'd like to know more about those, you can find them on the presentation on the 00:00:33.502 -- 00:00:38.630 company's website. There will be a Q&A section, so feel free to enter any questions you 00:00:38.630 -- 00:00:43.778 have in the Q&A box. With that out of the way, I'd like to turn the mic over to Cameron. 00:00:43.778 -- 00:00:45.901 Hi, Cameron. 00:00:45.901 -- 00:00:50.852 Good morning, Debra. Thank you so much. and good morning, Ken and Jim. 00:00:50.852 -- 00:00:55.937 I just want to thank everybody on the call for joining us for this update call this 00:00:55.937 -- 00:01:01.223 morning. As everybody will have seen from our results in Q2, 00:01:01.223 -- 00:01:05.087 it's not a particularly pretty quarter. 00:01:05.087 -- 00:01:10.313 The revenues were well below our engineered break-even point, which is about 00:01:10.313 -- 00:01:14.757 $5.5 million a quarter of revenues, so 00:01:14.757 -- 00:01:19.180 not unexpected to show a net loss, but we 00:01:22.128 -- 00:01:27.475 but net losses are not what we get dressed up in the morning for, even 00:01:27.475 -- 00:01:29.656 if controlled. 00:01:29....
