Garett Macdonald
Chief Executive Officer and Director at Maritime Resources
Garett is a professional mining engineer with extensive experience in project development and mine operations with over 23 years of industry experience. In addition to his role as CEO and Director of Maritime Resources, Garett is currently a director of First Cobalt, Aurelius Minerals and Gungnir Resources.
Garett formerly served as Vice President of Project Development for JDS Energy and Mining, and Dalradian Resources. At the latter, he was responsible for leading the Feasibility Study for the Curraghinalt Gold Project, a high grade, narrow vein gold project in Northern Ireland acquired by Orion Mine Finance for $537M.
From 2009 to 2013 he served as Vice President of Operations for Rainy River Resources prior to the $310M sale of Rainy River to New Gold Inc. Earlier in his career, he also held roles in mine operations and project engineering earlier in his career with senior Canadian mining firms Suncor Energy, and Placer Dome Inc. Garett holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Universitys Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from Laurentian University in Sudbury.
Jeremy Niemi
Technical Advisor - Exploration at Maritime Resources
Jeremy is a geologist with 20 years of experience in the resource industry both at corporate and operational levels. He is currently the Vice President, Exploration at Aurelius Minerals.
Jeremy was previously the Vice President, Exploration for GoldQuest Corporation. During his tenure there, Jeremy led the advancement of the Romero gold project from an initial inferred resource through to a Pre-Feasibility Study. Before his time at GoldQuest, he was Vice President, Geology for Noront Resources and Manager of Technical Services for Kinross Gold Corporation. Jeremy started his career with Inco Technical Services Ltd. in 1996, working on the Victor Deep project in the Sudbury basin.
Jeremy is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and holds a BSc Honours degree in Earth Sciences from Laurentian University.

Bianca Pisciola
CRO at 6ix
Bianca Pisciola is a co-founder and CRO of 6ix, a capital markets technology platform. Through 6ix, she has deployed data-driven investor relations technology for more than 100 public mining companies, including Endeavour Mining and McEwen Mining.
Bianca is on the founding team of Save Canadian Mining, an advocacy group dedicated to reinstating the tick test within Canadian capital markets. Other members of the founding team include Eric Sprott, Rob McEwen, Keith Neumeyer, Sean Roosen, and other leaders of the industry.
She also sits on the board of One Silver Lining, a Canadian non-profit organization she founded, supporting youth through conferences, benefit concerts, TEDx talks, and scholarships.
