I assume everyone's joining from The UK this afternoon, but if you're somewhere else in the world, thank you for joining us. I'll just get stuck right into it. So starting off with with the board, I have been with LPA now for just over a year. It has been a really exciting and, interesting journey within LPA. So I will touch a little bit more on that in the detail through the course of this presentation. But I joined from Smith's Detection prior to LPA where I was a global director for aviation and urban security. Prior to that, I spent quite a lot of a decade and a half with Thales in roles, regional roles across Australia, South Asia, as well as in The UK. And I was brought in because the the board wanted to understand how can we turn this really well invested company into a more profitable company. And over the last couple of years, it hadn't actually delivered results as expected.
