I want to start this morning with highlights of our second quarter and then provide an update on the progress we made on our strategic priorities. We're in the early process of capitalizing on our newest growth and operational enhancement opportunities. An important milestone in this process was the hiring of our new CFO, Abhi Khandewal, to the quarter.
