I would now like to turn the conference over to Jack Switala. Please go ahead. Great. Thanks, Operator, and welcome to the KKR Real Estate Finance Trust earnings call for the second quarter of 2025. As the Operator mentioned, this is Jack Switala. This morning, I'm joined on the call by our CEO, Matt Salem, our President and COO, Patrick Mattson, and our CFO, Kendra Deschis. For the second quarter of 2025, we reported a gap net loss of $35 million, or negative 53 cents per share. Book value per share as of June 30, 2025, is $13.84.
