This morning, what we have planned is to run through a very brief presentation and then really get into the meat of the discussion, and that is the questions. And thank you for the numerous questions we've received prior to today, specifically targeting on the transaction that we'll be discussing, what does it offer us, what's the potential we're pursuing in Zambia, and, of course, how does the valuation of our business in South Africa, how is it influenced, and what factors have been considered in determining that offer value?
